Todays Glucose Test
This mornings blood sugar reading is just 8.2. I got out of bed just after 6.3am and that probably had some kind of effect on the blood glucose score. This morning is a bit miserable and still I feel mentally a bit dim. I have very high physical energy. The previous night I hit the sack at 12.15am, and enjoyed a last meal of cheese on toast.
