Todays Blood Sugar Test
This mornings blood sugar reading is only 10.3. I rose just b4 8.15am which may have effected the blood sugar score. The day is a bit miserable and still I feel mentally a little slow. I feel that I have not very much physical energy. The previous evening I hit the sack at 12.3am, but enjoyed a last meal of spaghetti bolognese.
