Daily Blood Test
This mornings blood glucose test is just 4.5. I got out of bed by 8.45am which probably had an effect on the blood sugar results. The day is a bit miserable but I feel mentally a bit dim. I have very high physical energy. The previous night I hit the sack at 12.45am, and enjoyed a last meal of cheese on toast.
