This Morning's Blood Glucose Test
This mornings blood glucose score is only 8.4. I arose just b4 10.3am which probably had some kind of effect on the blood glucose results. This morning is a bit miserable but I am feeling mentally a little slow. I seem to have low physical energy. The previous night I retired at 12.3am, and had a meal of sausages and beans.
